وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، ثَنَا ابْنُ مُبَارَكٍ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ:
أَنَّ عُمَرَ جَعَلَ التَّحَجُّرَ ثَلَاثَ سِنِينَ فَإِنْ تَرَكَهَا حَتَّى يَمْضِيَ ثَلَاثُ سِنِينَ فَأَحْيَاهَا غَيْرُهُ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا
