حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ بَهْدَلَةَ عَنْ سَوَاءٍ الْخُزَاعِيِّ عَنِ حَفْصَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ
كَانَ يَصُومُ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ: الِاثْنَيْنِ، وَالْخَمِيسَ، وَالِاثْنَيْنِ مِنَ الْجُمُعَةِ الْأُخْرَى

✧ Narrated by Hafsah, the wife of the Prophet, may ﷺ, that the Prophet, may ﷺ, used to fast three days of every month, on Monday, Thursday, and Monday of the second week of each month.
