✧ It was mentioned in the presence of Ibn Abbas that the dog, the donkey, and the woman interrupt prayer. He said: How badly you have equated a Muslim woman with a dog and a donkey! I have seen myself coming on a donkey while the Messenger of God ﷺ was leading the people in prayer, until when I was near him, facing him, I dismounted, let it go, and joined the Messenger of God ﷺ in his prayer. The Messenger of God ﷺ did not repeat his prayer, nor did he forbid me from what I did. And the Messenger of God ﷺ was leading the people in prayer, and a slave girl came weaving through the rows until she sought refuge with the Messenger of God ﷺ, and the Messenger of God ﷺ did not repeat his prayer, nor did he forbid her from what she did. And the Messenger of God ﷺ was praying in a mosque, and a kid came out from one of the rooms of the Prophet ﷺ and went to pass in front of him, and the Messenger of God ﷺ prevented it. Ibn Abbas said: Will you not say: the kid interrupts prayer?!
