حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا أَيُّوبُ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍقَالَ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ يَقُولُ

مَا كُنَّا نَرَى بِالْخُبْرِ بَأْسًا حَتَّى زَعَمَ ابْنُ خَدِيجٍ عَامَ أَوَّلَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْهُ.

✧ We did not see any harm in khubr until Ibn Khadīj claimed last year that the Messenger of God ﷺ forbade it.
