✧ The Prophet ﷺ was with one of his wives, and one of the Mothers of the Believers sent a bowl with food in it. She struck the hand of the servant, and the bowl fell and broke. The Prophet ﷺ took the two broken pieces and put them together, gathering the food in it and saying: 'Your mother is jealous, your mother is jealous.' He said to the people: 'Eat.' He detained the messenger until the other woman came with her bowl. Then the Messenger of God ﷺ gave the intact bowl to the one whose bowl had been broken and left the broken one with the one who had broken it.
