حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ وَأَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ قَالَا أَخْبَرَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ وَقَيْسُ بْنُ وَهْبٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْوَدَّاكِ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ فِي سَبْيِ أَوْطَاسٍ: لَا تُوطَأُ حَامِلٌ قَالَ أَسْوَدُ: حَتَّى تَضَعَ، وَلَا غَيْرُ حَامِلٍ حَتَّى تَحِيضَ حَيْضَةً. قَالَ يَحْيَى: أَوْ تُسْتَبْرَأَ بِحَيْضَةٍ

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said regarding the captives of Awtas: 'A pregnant woman should not be approached (sexually)'—Aswad said: 'until she gives birth—nor a non-pregnant one until she menstruates once.' Yahya said: 'Or until she is declared free of pregnancy by one menstrual period.'
