✧ When the Messenger of God ﷺ acquired a new garment, he would call it by its name—turban, shirt, or cloak—then say: “O God, to You belongs praise; You have clothed me with it. I ask You for its good and the good of what it was made for, and I seek refuge in You from its evil and the evil of what it was made for.”
