حَدَّثَنَا يَعْلَى بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ إِسْحَاقَ عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ
إِزْرَةُ الْمُؤْمِنِ إِلَى نِصْفِ السَّاقِ، فَمَا كَانَ إِلَى الْكَعْبِ فَلَا بَأْسَ، وَمَا كَانَ تَحْتَ الْكَعْبِ فَفِي النَّارِ.

✧ The lower garment of the believer reaches to the middle of the shin, and there is no harm in what is up to the ankle, but whatever is below the ankle is in the Fire.
