حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْأَذْرَمِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ خِلَاسٍ، عَنْ أَبِي رَافِعٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - ﷺ
أَنَّ رَجُلَيْنِ تَدَارَآ فِي الْبَيْعِ وَلَيْسَ بَيْنَهُمَا بَيِّنَةٌ، فَأَمَرَهُمَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ يَتَسَاهَمَا عَلَى الْيَمِينِ، أَحَبَّا أَوْ كَرِهَا
Translation

✧ Two men disputed over a sale, and there was no evidence between them. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordered them to cast lots over the oath, whether they liked it or not.
