حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ رُشَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ، قَالَ:
لَا تُنْكَحُ الثَّيِّبُ حَتَّى تُسْتَأْذَنَ، وَلَا تُنْكَحُ الْبِكْرُ حَتَّى تُسْتَأْمَرَ، وَإِذْنُهَا السُّكُوتُ
