وَحَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الْعَسْكَرِيُّ قَالَ: نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

لَا تُنْكَحُ الْبِكْرُ حَتَّى تُسْتَأْذَنَ وَلَا تُنْكَحُ الثَّيِّبُ حَتَّى تُسْتَأْمَرَ قِيلَ: وَمَا إِذْنُ الْبِكْرِ ؟ قَالَ: صُمُوتُهَا
