حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَقِيلٍ يَحْيَى بْنُ الْمُتَوَكِّلِ، عَنْ بُهَيَّةَ
أَنَّهَا سَمِعَتِ امْرَأَةً تَسْأَلُ عَائِشَةَ عَنِ امْرَأَةٍ فَسَدَ حَيْضُهَا، فَلَا تَدْرِي كَيْفَ تُصَلِّي، فَقَالَتْ لَهَا عَائِشَةُ: سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فِي امْرَأَةٍ فَسَدَ حَيْضُهَا، وَأُهَرِيقَتْ دَمًا، فَلَا تَدْرِي كَيْفَ تُصَلِّي، فَأَمَرَنِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ آمُرَهَا فَلْتَنْظُرْ قَدْرَ مَا كَانَتْ تَحِيضُ فِي كُلِّ شَهْرٍ مَرَّةً، وَحَيْضُهَا مُسْتَقِيمٌ، فَلْتَقْعُدْ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ مِنَ اللَّيَالِي وَالْأَيَّامِ، ثُمَّ لِتَدَعِ الصَّلَاةَ فِيهِنَّ وَتُقَدِّرْهُنَّ، ثُمَّ لِتَغْتَسِلْ طُهْرَهَا، ثُمَّ تَسْتَثْفِرْ بِثَوْبٍ، ثُمَّ تُصَلِّي، فَإِنِّي أَرْجُو أَنَّ هَذَا مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ، وَأَنْ يُذْهِبَهُ اللهُ عَنْهَا إِنْ شَاءَ اللهُ، قَالَتْ: فَأَمَرْتُهَا بِفِعْلِهِ، فَأَذْهَبَ اللهُ عَنْهَا، فَمُرِي صَاحِبَتَكِ بِذَلِكَ
Translation

✧ She heard a woman asking Aisha about a woman whose menstrual bleeding had become irregular, and she did not know how to pray. Aisha said to her: I asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about a woman whose menstrual bleeding became irregular and she shed blood, and she did not know how to pray. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ commanded me to tell her to look at the amount she used to menstruate each month when her menstruation was regular, and she should refrain from prayer for that number of nights and days and reckon them. Then she should perform the ghusl for her purity, then wrap a cloth securely as a loincloth, then pray. I hope that this is from Satan and that Allah will remove it from her, if Allah wills. She said: So I ordered her to do that, and Allah removed it from her. So order your companion to do that.
