حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْأَشْعَثِ الْعِجْلِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حُمْرَانَ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحَارِثُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ:
خَرَجْنَا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِي جِنَازَةٍ، فَرَأَى نِسْوَةً، فَقَالَ: أَتَحْمِلْنَهُ ؟ قَالَ: أَتَدْفِنَّهُ ؟ قُلْنَ: لَا، قَالَ: فَارْجِعْنَ مَأْزُورَاتٍ غَيْرَ مَأْجُورَاتٍ
Translation

✧ We went out with the Prophet ﷺ in a funeral procession, and he saw some women. He said: Will you carry him? He said: Will you bury him? They said: No. He said: Then return, burdened with sin, not rewarded.
