حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ مُجَالِدِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ:

لَعَنَ مُحَمَّدٌ ﷺ آكِلَ الرِّبَا، وَمُوكِلَهُ، وَشَاهِدَيْهِ، وَكَاتِبَهُ، وَالْوَاشِمَةَ، وَالْمُسْتَوْشِمَةَ، وَالْحَالَّ وَالْمُحَلَّلَ لَهُ، وَمَانِعَ الصَّدَقَةِ، وَنَهَى عَنِ النَّوْحِ، وَلَمْ يَقُلْ: لَعَنَ

Translation

✧ Muhammad ﷺ cursed the one who consumes usury, the one who pays it, its two witnesses, its scribe, the woman who tattoos, the woman who has herself tattooed, the one who makes a marriage lawful, and the one for whom it is made lawful, and the one who withholds charity. And he forbade wailing, and he did not say: He cursed.
