✧ A man said to the Prophet ﷺ: When is the Hour? The Messenger of God ﷺ said: Indeed, it is coming. What have you prepared for it? He said: I have not prepared much for it, except that I love God and His Messenger. The Messenger of God ﷺ said: You will be with those you love, and you will have what you have hoped for. Then he said: You ask me about the Hour, and by the One in whose hand is my soul, there is no soul on earth today that will live a hundred years. Anas said: Then the Messenger of God ﷺ prayed, and then said: Where is the one who asked about the Hour? The man was brought, his sides trembling. The Messenger of God ﷺ looked at a boy from Daws called Sa'd and said: If this one lives, he will not grow old before the Hour comes. Anas said: And I was then about the age of that boy.

machine translationHe transmitted through the route of al-Ḥasan, from Anas, that a man asked about the Hour, and he mentioned a hadith. He said: "Then he looked at a boy from Daws called Saʿd." This was transmitted by al-Bārūdī in al-Ṣaḥābah, and its chain is good (ḥasan).
