حَدَّثَنَا غَسَّانُ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ رَأَى حِمَارًا قَدْ وُسِمَ فِي وَجْهِهِ، قَالَ: أَلَمْ أَنْهَ عَنْ هَذَا ؟ لَعَنَ اللهُ مَنْ فَعَلَهُ، وَنَهَى عَنْ ضَرْبِ الْوَجْهِ
Translation

✧ The Prophet ﷺ saw a donkey that had been branded on its face, and he said, "Did I not forbid this? May God curse the one who did it," and he forbade striking the face.
