أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ التَّمِيمِيُّ، ثَنَا الْإِمَامُ أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، أَنْبَأَ بِشْرُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ الْعَقَدِيُّ، ثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، ثَنَا حَبِيبٌ الْمُعَلِّمُ قَالَ:

جَاءَ رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكُوفَةِ إِلَى عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، فَقَالَ: أَلَا تَعْجَبُ، إِنَّ الْحَسَنَ يَقُولُ: إِنَّ الزَّانِيَ الْمَجْلُودَ لَا يَنْكِحُ إِلَّا مَجْلُودَةً مِثْلَهُ، فَقَالَ عَمْرٌو: وَمَا يُعْجِبُكَ ؟ حَدَّثَنَاهُ سَعِيدٌ الْمَقْبُرِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ؓ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ
