حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْهِلَالِيُّ ثنا أَبُو مَعْمَرٍ وَقَدْ حَدَّثَنَاهُ حَبِيبٌ الْمُعَلِّمُ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ
«أَلَا لَا يَنْكِحِ الزَّانِي الْمَجْلُودُ إِلَّا مِثْلَهُ»
