✧ The Imam's Screen Is a Screen for Those Behind Him

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ أَوِ الْحَسَنِ أَوْ كِلَيْهِمَا قَالَ:
إِذَا مَرَّ مَا يَقْطَعُ الصَّلَاةَ بَيْنَ يَدَيِ الْقَوْمِ، فَإِنَّهُ يَقْطَعُ صَلَاةَ الصَّفِّ الْأَوَّلِ، وَلَا يَقْطَعُ مَا وَرَاءَهُمْ مِنَ الصُّفُوفِ ".
Translation
✧ When what cuts off the prayer passes in front of the people, it cuts off the prayer of the first row, but it does not cut off the rows behind them."
