✧ When the Evening Draws Near and the Call to Prayer Is Made

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، أَنَّ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ:
إِذَا كَانَ أَحَدُكُمْ عَلَى عَشَائِهِ، أَوْ طَعَامِهِ، وَنُودِيَ بِالصَّلَاةِ، فَلَا يَعْجَلْ عَنْهُ حَتَّى يَفْرُغَ
Translation
✧ If one of you is having his evening meal or his food, and the call to prayer is made, he should not rush away from it until he finishes.
