أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الثَّوْرِيُّ عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ
فِي الْعَبْدِ الْمَأْذُونِ لَهُ فِي التِّجَارَةِ قَالَ: " لَا يُبَاعُ إِلَّا أَنْ يُحِيطَ الدَّيْنُ بِرَقَبَتِهِ فَيُبَاعُ حِينَئِذٍ
