15311 15239 - قَالَ سُفْيَانُ نص إضافيفِي عَبْدٍ خَرَقَ ثِيَابَ حُرٍّ قَالَ: نَقُولُ: " إِذَا أَفْسَدَ مَالًا، أَوْ خَرَقَ ثِيَابًا - فَهُوَ فِي رَقَبَةِ الْعَبْدِ بِمَنْزِلَةِ الدَّيْنِ، وَإِذَا جَرَحَ جِرَاحَةً قِيلَ لِلسَّيِّدِ: إِنْ شِئْتَ فَأَسْلِمْهُ بِجِنَايَتِهِ، وَإِنْ شِئْتَ فَاغْرَمْ عَنْهُ ".
