أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ قَالَ:
اخْتَصَمَ إِلَى شُرَيْحٍ رَجُلَانِ، فَقَالَ أَحَدُهُمَا [١]: إِنَّ هَذَا بَاعَنِي جَارِيَةً، فَلَمَّا وَجَبَ الْبَيْعُ قَالَ: إِنَّ بِهَا دَاءً. فَقَالَ شُرَيْحٌ: " اذْهَبْ بِهَا فَإِنْ وَجَدْتَ بِهَا الَّذِي قَالَ فَقَدْ شَهِدَ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ "
