أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ قَالَ:
عُهْدَةُ الْمُسْلِمِ عَلَى أَخِيهِ، وَإِنْ لَمْ يَشْتَرِطْ - أَلَّا دَاءَ، وَلَا غَائِلَةَ، وَلَا شَيْنَ، وَلَا خِبْثَةَ
