أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ عَوْفٍ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ قَالَ:
لَوْ أَنَّ رَجُلًا بَاعَ سِلْعَةً، فَلَمَّا وَجَبَ الْبَيْعُ قَالَ: أَبْرَأُ إِلَيْكَ مِنْ عَيْبِ كَذَا وَكَذَا - قَالَ: لَا يُبْرِئُهُ، إِنْ رَأَى بِهَا شَيْئًا رَدَّهَا وَأُخِذَ بِاعْتِرَافِهِ
