عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ قَالَ:
إِذَا جَامَعَهَا بَعْدَ أَنْ تَعْلَمَ أَنَّ لَهَا الْخِيَارَ، فَلَا خِيَارَ لَهَا
