أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ أَبِي النَّضْرِ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ قَالَ:
إِنْ أُعْتِقَتْ وَزَوْجُهَا مَمْلُوكٌ، فَبَادَرَ إِلَيْهَا فَأَصَابَهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ تَعْلَمَ أَنَّ لَهَا الْخِيَارَ فَلَهَا الْخِيَارُ إِذَا عَلِمَتْ، وَلَوْ وُلِّيتُ لَضَرَبْتُهُ ضَرْبًا أُولِمُ مِنْهُ كَتِفَيْهِ
