عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ قَالَ:
إِذَا أُعْتِقَتْ - يَعْنِي وَزَوْجُهَا وَهِيَ فِي مَجْلِسٍ - وَهِيَ تَعْلَمُ أَنَّ لَهَا الْخِيَارَ، فَلَمْ تَخْتَرْ فِي ذَلِكَ الْمَجْلِسِ حَتَّى تَقُومَ فَلَا خِيَارَ لَهَا، وَإِنِ ادَّعَتْ أَنَّهَا لَمْ تَكُنْ تَعْلَمُ، اسْتُحْلِفَتْ ثُمَّ خُيِّرَتْ ". قَالَ سُفْيَانُ: " وَيَقُولُ نَاسٌ: إِنَّ لَهَا الْخِيَارَ أَبَدًا حَتَّى يَقِفَهَا الْإِمَامُ فَيُخَيِّرَهَا
