عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ جَاءَ الْأَوَّلُ فَوَجَدَهَا قَدْ تَزَوَّجَتْ وَمَاتَ زَوْجُهَا الْآخَرُ أَلَيْسَ يَخْتَارُ أَيْضًا ؟ قَالَ: " بَلَى "، قُلْتُ: فَمَاتَ الْأَوَّلُ وَعَلِمَ ذَلِكَ أَيَأْخُذُ وَرَثَتُهُ مَهْرَهُ إِيَّاهَا ثُمَّ لَا تَرِثُهُ ؟ قَالَ: " لَا أَدْرِي
