عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، وَقَتَادَةَ، قَالَا:
إِذَا جَاءَ الْمَفْقُودُ فَوَجَدَهَا قَدْ مَاتَتْ عِنْدَ زَوْجِهَا فَمِيرَاثُهَا لِلْأَوَّلِ دُونَ الْآخَرِ، وَلَهَا مَهْرُهَا مِنَ الْآخَرِ بِمَا اسْتُحِلَّ مِنْهَا
