عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَمَّنْ سَمِعَ الْحَسَنَ يَقُولُ:
فِي امْرَأَةٍ فَقَدَتْ زَوْجَهَا فَتَزَوَّجَتْ فَتُوُفِّيَ زَوْجُهَا الْآخَرُ ثُمَّ جَاءَ الْأَوَّلُ قَالَ: " تَرُدُّ مِيرَاثَهَا مِنَ الْآخَرِ إِلَى أَهْلِ الْآخَرِ وَهِيَ امْرَأَةُ الْأَوَّلِ
