عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ:
إِذَا أَرَادَ وَأَرَادَتِ الْوَالِدَةُ أَنْ يَفْصِلَا وَلَدَهُمَا قَبْلَ الْحَوْلَيْنِ، فَكَانَ ذَلِكَ ﴿عَنْ تَرَاضٍ مِنْهُمَا وَتَشَاوُرٍ ﴾فَلَا بَأْسَ
