عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ
فِي قَوْلِهِ: ﴿فَإِنْ أَرَادَا فِصَالا عَنْ تَرَاضٍ مِنْهُمَا وَتَشَاوُرٍ ﴾قَالَ: " يَتَشَاوَرَانِ فِيمَا دُونَ الْحَوْلَيْنِ، لَيْسَ لَهَا أَنْ تَفْطِمَ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ، وَلَيْسَ لَهُ أَنْ يَفْطِمَ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهَا
