أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: مَا ﴿وَالْوَالِدَاتُ يُرْضِعْنَ أَوْلادَهُنَّ حَوْلَيْنِ كَامِلَيْنِ ﴾؟ قَالَ: إِذَا أَرَادَتِ امْرَأَةٌ أَنْ تُقْصِرَ عَنْ حَوْلَيْنِ كَانَ حَقًّا عَلَى أُمِّهِ أَنْ تُبَلِّغَهُ، وَلَا يَزِيدُ عَلَيْهِمَا إِلَّا أَنْ تَشَاءَ، وَهِيَ الْمُطَلَّقَةُ وَالْمُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا، وَيُرْوَى أَنَّهَا بَيْنَ النَّاسِ بَعْدَ أَنِ اخْتَلَفُوا فِي وَقْتِ الرَّضَاعَةِ
