حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ مُعَلَّى الْقُرْدُوسِيِّ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ قُرَّةَ، عَنْ مَعْقِلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ
أَنَّ رَجُلَيْنِ اخْتَصَمَا إِلَيْهِ فِي أَرْضٍ، فَقَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ لِيَقْتَطِعَ بِهَا مَالَ أَخِيهِ لَقِيَ اللهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَهُوَ عَلَيْهِ غَضْبَانُ
Translation

✧ That two men brought a dispute to him concerning a piece of land. He said: I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: "Whoever swears an oath to seize thereby the property of his brother will meet Allah, Mighty and Majestic, while He is angry with him."
