حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، وَهِشَامٌ، وَشُعْبَةُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ، فَقَالَ: تَعْرِفُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ فَإِنَّهُ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ، فَذَكَرَ عُمَرُ ذَلِكَ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ: يُرَاجِعُهَا

✧ I asked Ibn 'Umar about a man who divorced his wife while she was menstruating. He said: "Do you know Ibn 'Umar? He divorced his wife while she was menstruating, so 'Umar mentioned that to the Prophet ﷺ, and he said: 'He should take her back.'"
