وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي قَالَا: نَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، أَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مَعْبَدٍ، نَا أَبُو الْمَلِيحِ عَنْ مَيْمُونِ بْنِ مِهْرَانَ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ:
أَنَّهُ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ فِي حَيْضَتِهَا قَالَ فَأَمَرَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: أَنْ يَرْتَجِعَهَا حَتَّى تَطْهُرَ فَإِذَا طَهُرَتْ فَإِنْ شَاءَ طَلَّقَ وَإِنْ شَاءَ أَمْسَكَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُجَامِعَ
