حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ خَالِدٍ الْحَرَّانِيُّ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ثنا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ ثنا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ بَحِيرٍ عَنْ ضِرَارِ بْنِ الْأَزْوَرِ قَالَ
أَهْدَيْنَا لِرَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ لِقْحَةً فَحَلَبْتُهَا لَهُ فَلَمَّا أَخَذْتُ لِأُجْهِدَهَا قَالَ «لَا تَفْعَلْ دَعْ دَوَاعِي اللَّبَنِ»
Translation

✧ We gave a milch camel as a gift to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, so I milked it for him. When I took hold of it to exhaust the milk, he said, “Do not do that; leave the milk that remains in the udder.”
