حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ ثنا دُحَيْمٌ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَسَّانَ ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ سَمُرَةَ حَدَّثَنِي خُبَيْبُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ
«أَمَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ نُحَافِظَ عَلَى الصَّلَوَاتِ كُلِّهَا وَأَوْصَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِالصَّلَاةِ الْوُسْطَى وَنَبَّأَنَا أَنَّهَا صَلَاةُ الْعَصْرِ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ commanded us to maintain all the prayers, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ especially enjoined the middle prayer, and he informed us that it is the 'Asr prayer.
