حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ هَارُونَ ثنا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ السَّمُرِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ خُبَيْبِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ سَعْدِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ عَنْ خُبَيْبِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ
«إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ أَمَرَنَا أَنْ نُحَافِظَ عَلَى الصَّلَوَاتِ كُلِّهِنَّ وَأَوْصَى بِالصَّلَاةِ الْوُسْطَى وَنَبَّأَنَا أَنَّهَا صَلَاةُ الْعَصْرِ»

✧ Indeed, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ commanded us to maintain all the prayers, and he especially enjoined the middle prayer, and he informed us that it is the 'Asr prayer.
