حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ هَاشِمٍ الْبَغَوِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ جَبَلَةَ ثنا سَلَّامُ بْنُ أَبِي مُطِيعٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِذَا نَكَحَ الْوَلِيَّانِ فَهِيَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا وَإِذَا بَاعَ الْمُجِيزَانِ فَهُوَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا»
