حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ الدَّقِيقِيُّ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ عَنْ حَسَنِ بْنِ صَالِحٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ
أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ أَنْكَحَهَا وَلِيَّانِ جَمِيعًا فَهِيَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا وَأَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ بَاعَ بَيْعًا مِنْ رَجُلَيْنِ جَمِيعًا فَهُوَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا»
