حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ الْقَاضِي وَأَبُو خَلِيفَةَ قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ ثنا هَمَّامٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «الْعُمْرَى جَائِزَةٌ»
