حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْقَزَّازُ ثنا أَبُو عُمَرَ الْحَوْضِيُّ ثنا هَمَّامٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِذَا نُكِحَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ مِنْ زَوْجَيْنِ فَهِيَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا وَإِذَا بِيعَ الْبَيْعُ مِنْ رَجُلَيْنِ فَهُوَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا»
