حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَلِيفَةَ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمَدِينِيِّ ثنا هِشَامُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ أنا ابْنُ جَرِيحٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الْكَرِيمِ بْنُ أَبِي الْمُخَارِقِ عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ سَعْوَةَ الرَّاسِبِيِّ عَنْ سِنَانَ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ الْهُذَلِيِّ
عَنْ أَبِيهِ وَكَانَ قَدْ صَحِبَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ بَعَثَ بِبَدَنَتَيْنِ مَعَ رَجُلٍ فَقَالَ «أَشْعِرْهُمَا مِنْ مَنْحَرِهِمَا ثُمَّ اغْمِزِ النَّعْلَ فِي دِمَائِهِمَا ثُمَّ اضْرِبْ بِهَا صَفْحَتَهُمَا حَتَّى يُعْلَمَ أَنَّهُمَا بَدَنَتَانِ»

✧ From his father, who had been a companion of the Prophet ﷺ, that the Prophet ﷺ sent two camels for sacrifice with a man and said, 'Mark them on their humps, then dip the sandal in their blood and strike their sides with it so that they are known as sacrificial camels.'
