حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالَا ثنا خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ حَدَّثَنِي مُوسَى بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «سَيُعَزِّي النَّاسُ بَعْضُهُمْ بَعْضًا مِنْ بَعْدِي للتَّعْزِيَةِ فِيَّ» فَكَانَ النَّاسُ يَقُولُونَ مَا هَذَا؟ فَلَمَّا قُبِضَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَقِيَ النَّاسُ بَعْضُهُمْ بَعْضًا يُعَزِّي بَعْضُهُمْ بَعْضًا بِرَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ said: "The people will console one another after me for the consolation of me." The people said: "What is this?" When the Messenger of God ﷺ passed away, the people met one another, each consoling the other for the Messenger of God ﷺ.
