حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّبَرِيُّ أَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ لَمَّا حُمِلَتْ جِنَازَةُ سَعْدِ بْنِ مُعَاذٍ قَالَ

الْمُنَافِقُونَ مَا أَخَفَّ جِنَازَتِهِ لِحُكْمِهِ فِي قُرَيْظَةَ فَبَلَغَ ذَلِكَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَ «لَا وَلَكِنَّ الْمَلَائِكَةَ تَحْمِلُهُ»

✧ The hypocrites said concerning his light funeral, on account of his judgment regarding the Qurayza: that reached the Prophet ﷺ, and he said: “No, but the angels are carrying it.”
