حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ ثنا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ ثنا صَدَقَةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الشُّعَيْثِيُّ عَنْ زُفَرَ بْنِ وَثِيمَةَ عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ أَنَّ زُرَارَةَ بْنَ جُزَيٍّ قَالَ

لِعُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ «إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَتَبَ إِلَى الضَّحَّاكِ بْنِ سُفْيَانَ أَنْ يُورِّثَ امْرَأَةَ أَشْيَمَ الضِّبَابِيِّ مِنْ دِيَةِ زَوْجِهَا»

✧ Umar b. al-Khattab ؓ: 'The Prophet ﷺ wrote to al-Dahhak b. Sufyan instructing him to give inheritance to the wife of Ashaym al-Dibabi from the blood-money of her husband.'
