حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ الصَّنْعَانِيُّ وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ جَبَلَةَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ الصَّائِغُ قَالُوا ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي أُوَيْسٍ حَدَّثَنِي سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بَرَدَانَ بْنِ أَبِي النَّضْرِ مَوْلَى عُمَرَ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ بُسْرِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ «صَلَاةُ الْمَرْءِ فِي بَيْتِهِ أَفْضَلُ مِنْ صَلَاتِهِ فِي مَسْجِدِي إِلَّا الْمَكْتُوبَةَ»

  4. Ibrāhīm Baradān b. Abū al-Naḍr a freed slave of ʿUmar b. ʿUbaydullāh from his father
  5. Busr b. Saʿīd
  6. Zayd b. Thābit

✧ From the Messenger of Allah ﷺ that he said: “A man's prayer in his house is better than his prayer in this mosque of mine, except the prescribed prayer.”
