حَدَّثَنَا خَلَفُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْعُكْبَرِيُّ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ الْكُوفِيُّ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ الْقَاضِي ثنا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ النَّرْسِيُّ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو حَبِيبٍ يَحْيَى بْنُ نَافِعٍ الْمِصْرِيُّ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ قَالُوا ثنا دَاوُدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْعَطَّارُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ خُثَيْمٍ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ رِفَاعَةَ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ ثُمَّ الزُّرَقِيُّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ
أَنَّهُ خَرَجَ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ إِلَى الْمُصَلَّى بِالْمَدِينَةِ فَوَجَدَ النَّاسَ يَتَبَايَعُونَ فَقَالَ «يَا مَعْشَرَ التُّجَّارِ» فَاسْتَجَابُوا وَرَفَعُوا إِلَيْهِ أَعْنَاقَهُمْ وَأَبْصَارَهُمْ فَقَالَ «إِنَّ التُّجَّارَ يُبْعَثُونَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فُجَّارًا إِلَّا مَنِ اتَّقَى وَصَدَقَ وَبِرَّ»
Translation

- Khalaf b. ʿAmr al-ʿUkbarī
✧ He went out with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ to the prayer area in Madinah and found the people buying and selling. He said: “O company of merchants!” They responded and raised their necks and eyes toward him. He said: “Indeed, merchants will be resurrected on the Day of Resurrection as wicked people, except for those who fear Allah, are truthful, and act righteously.”
